'QCT' is the acronym for the 'Question Confirmation Thread.' The questions in this thread are asked directly by players, and answered by an official source. Per Shteevie (the offical Anachronism rules person):
This thread is for questions from players that are covered in the rulebook, glossary, or FAQ. Players should ask questions here if they want an answer from an official source, or if a regular thread has not provided a clear answer.
Rulings
As time goes by the QCT questions will be transfered here for preservation. Additionally, each card's page will contain all rulings relevant to that card.
